Electrical System
Spark plug: FC-94 can clear carbon deposit, oil dirt and other impurity on spark plug.
Distributor: The vehicle distributor will not start if it is wet. Spray FC-94 upon distributor to remove moist and to start engine at once. Maintain platinum contact using FC-94 frequently, service life will be prolonged and ignition normal.
Accumulator: battery contacts accumulate oxidants due to the vitriol contents. These oxidants hinder proper electric conduction and lead to unnecessary nuisance. When regularly sprayed with FC-94, the battery contact will be protected from creating oxidants and keeps car electrical system operating well.
Power & Driving System
Carburetor: Spray FC-94 upon carburetor directly or clean carburetor using FC-94 to remove dirt of oil spin. Tail gas exhausted will be improved significantly by using FC-94.
Engine: FC-94 can be used as a cleaning agent when engine is overhaul. It is unnecessary to treat after clean. Engine can be used directly and has good rust prevention.
Speed reducer: FC-94 can be used to prevent rust and lubricate for outer structure and hand-handling will be improved obviously when change lever is used.
Generator: For vehicle generator, FC-94 can prevent it from leakage current of coil, poor contact due to contact oxidation, and short-circuit by moist.
Brake: FC-94 can lubricate it; prevent it from rust and oversensitivity.
Veer system: FC-94 can lubricate it, prevent it from rust and make it operate nimbly. Axle, roller chain, shock prevention system and clutch can be lubricated and rust protected.
Other Components
Window wiper: Lubricate each rotary part for rust prevention of metal parts, and waterproof of window wiper motor.
Car surface: FC-94 can remove colloidal matter and bitumen without injuring enameled leather.
Locks and hinges: lubrication and rust prevention.
Screw connection: FC-94 can be used on rusty screws and other metallic parts of car.
Maintenance: Use FC-94 at least 2 times a month for maintenance. Use FC-94 timely in bad environment or other special conditions. Maintaining a car using FC-94 frequently can prolong its service life and decrease overhaul times.

FC-94 has been used widely for lathe, milling machine, planer, dynamic pressure machine, drilling machine, driving equipment, sewing machine, various manual/electro tools and various special equipment and so on. FC-94 can be used for all types of equipment mentioned above in operation maintenance.
FC-94 can form a compact and thin film on the surface of each metal to prevent metal from corroding with corrosive gases (like acid, alkali and salt) and moist.
FC-94 is a greaseless and non-silicon lubricant. It is convenient to use and no dirty dregs left. As a light lubricant, FC-94's performance is beyond comparison.
FC-94 has powerful permeability. It can loose rusty metal part rapidly, such as bolts and nut. Rust will vanish in 15 minutes after applying FC-94 upon them. No damage will come to the parts sprayed and prevention from rust is prolonged.
FC-94 can be used as a cleaning agent for equipment needing repairs. General cleaning agents like trichloroethylene are known to have the following weaknesses: toxic, non-reusable, and post-treatment. As a cleaning agent, FC-94 is not only efficient, non-toxic, safe and reusable, but also provides rust-prevention and lubrication.
Maintenance: Metallic surfaces and functional parts should be maintained by FC-94 once a week or more according to working environment. Spraying, brushing, mobbing, and dipping are all acceptable methods.

3. APPLICATION IN ELECTROCOMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT

4. APPLICATION IN CIVILIAN &HOUSEHOLD

Household functions: Clean and lubricate doors, windows, locks of furniture, hinges and; clean and lubricate electric appliances as sewing machines, moving parts of chairs, televisions, computers, audio equipment, air conditioners, electric fans and so on; plus dehumidification, damp prevention, and protection against overload of electrical circuit components including switches of power supply lines, lamp caps and lamp holders. It can also add to the security of usage, prevent the up and down penstocks in kitchens and washrooms from loosening, corrupting and rusting .It can also be used to lubricate the keep-fit facilities and toys. 5. APPLICATION IN ARTILLERY & LIGHT WEAPONS

Various Guns
Service position: Breech block, bore, rotary pitch barrel, gear, gun sight.
Service effect: Rust prevention, lubrication, decontamination to ensure weapon usability, ease maintenance and lift/rotation. It is convenient to use FC-94 after sustained fire and no pitted surface.

Maintenance time:
(1) those covered with gun cloth should be wiped one time or two times a month.
(2) Those uncovered should be wiped once every 7 days.

Light/Heavy weapons
Service position: Bolt, lock, barrel and other movable part.
Service effect: Rust prevention, lubrication, and decontamination to ensure weapon useable. It is significant for automatic weapon without seizing. Use FC-94 after shooting and no pitted surface.
Operation Maintenance: Spray FC-94 upon all metal and movable position uniformly.
Special Maintenance: The barrel should be wiped 10 times using gun web infiltrated with FC-94 after shooting and scoured using clean cotton, then wiped using FC-94 again. Be sure without pitted skin. If weapon is infiltrated with seawater or fresh water, the weapon should be rinsed by clean water and wiped with FC-94.

6. APPLICATION IN TANK, ARMORED CARRIER & CRAWLED TRAILER

Service position: Ignition systems, battery joints, air blowers, blades of gas or diesel engines; engines, coils, bearings, electromagnetic coils, electromagnetic switch of air-conditioners; removal of rust part and all revolving components of creeper tread.
Service effect: Anti-corrosion and lubrication for engines; dehumidification and decontamination for electrical systems in order to keep the circuit well; make machine parts run fluently.
Operation Maintenance:
(1) Ignition systems like plugs and battery joints should be sprayed twice every month.
(2) Electrical systems should be sprayed once every month.
(3) All revolving part should be sprayed twice every month to support lubrication and rust prevention.

7. APPLICATION IN SHIP & AMPHIBIOUS UNITS

Service position: Gasoline, diesel and light gas engines, generators; barbette balls; antennas; revolving compasses; circuit control systems; missile launchers; launching control systems; air-conditioner systems; ropes and connectors.
Service effect: Rust prevention, lubrication, grease removal, dehumidification to keep each component operating normally; fluent current; remove rusty contact.
Operating Maintenance:
(1) Spray FC-94 on the part often wetted by seawater once every 3 days.
(2) Spray FC-94 upon the key equipment located on cabin surface once every 7 days.
(3) Spray FC-94 upon electrical and mechanical equipments once a month.

8. APPLICATION OF FC-94 IN AVIATION &AEROSPACE

Service field: Launch systems, drive and trace systems of satellites, rockets and missiles; props, civilian and military jets and remote controlled planes.
Service position: Engine parts, rotors, drive systems, control and trace system like instruments, switches, and circuit boards, electroplate, hydraulic pressure systems, launch systems, undercarriage and brake systems and automatic weapon systems.
Operation Maintenance: Running pressurizing engine should be sprayed once every 24 hours.
All revolving or moving parts should be sprayed once every 7 days.
Electric system should be sprayed at any time when damped.
