2. STRONG LOOSE ABILITY
FC-94 can absolve corrosion in a very short time
and loose the adherent bond between metal oxide (rust) molecules
because it contains powerful osmosis, while releasing drag and
removing rusty means of lubrication without injuring the component.
It may occur that rust does not clear immediately (Up to date
we still have not found the efficient loose agent over the world).
You should spray FC-94 on the part to be loosed and wait for 15-20
minutes; you will find that will give the best results. We would
advise you that you should not to use a special loose agent when
you remove rusty parts. The main reason is that special loose
agents must contain a corrosive substance. FC-94 users consider
the product as the best loose agent they have used. The part loosen
by FC-94 need not be rinsed because FC-94 remaining on the part
can prevent the part rust again in a long time. FC-94 can make
the re-used part easy to install.
Examples for FC-94 loose function
Loose rusty nut and bolt;
Loose rusty pipe connection, like valves and wyes etc.
Specific method: Beat the nut and bolt lightly after getting rid
of the rust between them by the steel brush, then spray FC-94.Beat
the bolt and nut lightly again 15-20 minutes later (Time would
be shorter when rust isn¡¯t serious), and the bolt
and nut can be taken down.
3. GOOD LUBRICATING PROPERTIES
The improved high efficient lubricating composition
added to FC-94 can make FC-94 a powerful lubrication.
Its lubricating features include, no adhesion unlike general lubricating
oil; unabsorbed dust and keep lubricated part clean for a long
time due to no silica oil contents; form thin film on lubricated
part by means of tiny spray, keep good and reliable lubricating
performance while saving oil; high osmosis ensures full lubrication;
its lubricated state makes it unhindered in tiny structures.
The measuring method is different between FC-94 and general machine
oil and lubrication oil due to different properties. From Experiment
Reports on Tribology of National Important Labs in Tsinghua University,
FC-94 has good attrition resistance. It can be widely used in
various temperatures (from ¨C50?C to 90?C), having no viscosity.
Examples:
Lubricate hinges of door or window, track way, roller chain of
a bike, fly wheel.
Lubricate car window wiper and lock, make them easy to use.
Lubricate any rotary parts of mechanical equipment.
Lubricate any type of weapon equipment.
4. GOOD CLEAN FEATURE
Being of good clean feature, FC-94 can clean float
rust, grease, sulfide, water and other dirt attached on metal
surface and inside metal pore. FC-94 can prevent dirt from attaching
itself with metal for an extended period of time.
Examples:
Clean carbon deposit and grease of vehicle spark plug, dirt of
a carburetor and improving the exhaust quality of tail gas.
Clean weapon after sustaining fire and no pitted surface.
5. UNIQUE DEHUMIDIFICATION & WATERPROOF
FEATURE
General known products were unable to have an affinity
with metal surfaces, when the metal surface was wetted. FC-94
contains the necessary additives to remove water rapidly, so it
can have an affinity for metal surface rapidly and isolate water
from metal, prevent metal from becoming moist again. This performance
can be demonstrated by following test; spray FC-94 on a smooth
and clean armor plate which is all wet, beads will dip from the
surface of standing or leaning armor plate. Another test; dip
a new polished clean armor plate which is all wet into the FC-94
liquid in a standard lab, take it out and put the plate in a room
of 100% relative humidity. The armor plate will be rusty in an
hour if the water hasn¡¯t come out completely.
Example:
Put a general engine into water and then take it out of water,
if powered on at once, the engine must be burned due to short-circuit;
spray FC-94 upon the motor fully, including coil and circuit contact,
the engine will run in normal. Spray FC-94 upon car divided plate,
it can run at once.
6. HIGH INSULATIVITY &CONDUCTANCE
Breakdown voltage of FC-94 is 15,000V in 2.5 mm.
Its testing method is as follows: put FC-94 in the normal oil-testing
cup, make the space between two discharging copperplates (diameter:
25mm) 2.5mm, then power is at 3000V/s. At 15,000V, the insulation
breaks down.
FC-94 will be powerful when it combines other features of FC-94.
This is FC-94¡¯s glamour as full function universal
maintained agent. Attention please!!, high insolvability of FC-94
does not influence current flow in circuit. FC-94 thin film can
recover rapidly, when pressure disappears, to protect contact
metal from outside corrosion. This feature, as well as its dehumidification,
make it able to dehumidify gases, avoid short-circuit, and move
accordingly.
Examples:
Make the car distributor short-circuit by water, spray FC-94 on
it to remove the water and the result is that the distributor
can jump-start without drying it.
